the room was very clean and well-kept. the interior design had a fantastic aesthetic. the breakfast service included a good selection of foods.
the room i booked seemed smaller than advertised on the website. the layout felt unusual with the toilet and shower very close to the bed. there was no wardrobe available for clothes storage.

The minibar was not refilled during my entire stay. i had to ask repeatedly for water and basic amenities. the noise from the street was quite loud at night and the soundproofing was not very effective. I struggled to sleep, frustrating after a long day. 'the location was fine, though getting a taxi late at night proved difficult'.

the breakfast had a wide variety and featured delicious dishes (especially the pastries).
i experienced a few issues . our first night, we finished drinks and tried to pay by card, but we were told it was cash only due to 'technical difficulty'. i didn't have cash so i asked to charge it to my room, but the request was denied. i was told to go to an atm, which wasn't ideal.

My room featured a rainfall shower. it included two separate sinks and i found two coca colas in the mini bar. the staff was helpful after checkout. I left my bags while i explored the area and they organised a taxi to the airport. i felt safe in the area. the train station was very close to the hotel.
i thought the coffee during breakfast was disappointing.

the hotel was clean, i will give them that.
The wifi was terrible, it kept cutting out. i also had issues with the air conditioning. It was either too cold or not working at all. the room's temperature was never right, and the staff didn't seem too concerned.

ideal locationgreat comfort
the location was ideal near the metro. it was also within walking distance to main attractions. the bed provided great comfort.
the parking situation was a bit challenging because i rented a car the designated parking was 400 meters away with a daily fee.
